Operation Principle
This series permanent magnet synchronous gearless traction machine is primary composed of permanent magnet synchronous motor, braking system and traction gear, etc. With detection, reponse and control to high-precision speed sensor, the transducer will offer three-phase variable frequency and variable pressure, Between the spacing of stator and rotator, three-phase winding products rotating magnetic field, which drives the motor rotors, composing by rare-earth permanent magnetic materials, etc, to rotate with synchronous speed and linearity that same with DC motor, its invariable torque drives the traction wheel directly. Using the friction between traction wheel and steel wire, it impels the elevator compartment to move vertically. Combined with the advantage of alternating current motor and direct current motor, it enables all performances of DC motor with simple and convenient AC frequency-converted device.
All specifications of design and production of this series traction machine are totally of the regulations of EN81-1: 1998, GB7588-2003 and GB/T13435-92 compliant. Before leaving factory, primary parameters are strictly inspected so that its product quality and performance are of standards fulfilled.
